townhalls are public spaces paid for by citizens including rowdy, protesting ones expressing their 1st, dealwithit

  2. They can be removed if they are screaming and yelling and disrupting the event. 1st A rights are not absolute. By your logic we can go in to any town hall meeting and blast music and scream our political opinions and not let anyone else speak or be heard.

The rights of a politician to remove disruptive protestors from an event is well established.

  4. It just does not look good on smaller intimate venues.. I would wager that most of the protesters there are not even from her district :).

If I lived in her district, I would have gathered up my neighbors and asked her about her decision to drive Amazon's HQ2 out of there, and made it an all-night affair. Peacefully, of course. It was her dumbest move ever. I hope she gets booted out of office.

  9. It might not affect those people so I wonder if they even cared...it certainly would hurt her state wide, especially in Long Island. Needless to say her loss was my gain as I own properties near where they decided to build the other HQ which is not the only HQ :).

  10. A lot of those people are not white, but you probably didn't notice that. I wonder why.
