Anyway to get a notification when there is a new thread created?

Is there any way to get a notification when there is a new thread created?

 

Yeah subscribe to all of the forums...

 

At the bottom of each forum you can click the link to subscribe to the Forum vs an individual thread. Whenever someone creates a new thread within that Forum, ET generates an email informing the subscriber.
