  3. my quote button didn't work,
Seth, most likely what they mean is if you are a series 7 broker, you will need to get a series 3. And if you are a futures broker with a series 3, you will also now need a series 7.

  4. So let me ask this question please, I apologize if it has been answered elsewhere - in the case of a Single Stock Future, does this mean that if I am long or short the stock itself I am going to have to keep track of the SSF also?

Or is there no reason to be long or short the stock, but rather be long or short the SSF?

Or can I continue to do as I do now, and not pay attention to any futures because I do not daytrade, therefore I am not subject to the intraday gyrations of a market that is already very dissociated from reality as it is?

Is it possible to earn a living playing Bingo?

  5. it stands to reason that the futures will have a PREM in relation to the individual stock. What I am interested in is whether the SSF's will trade prior to the stock market open, so that we can "check the futures" on an individual stock.
