Anything but airlines...

  1. I boarded a flight a week or two ago and noticed that the airport was a madhouse. I have not seen this much activity at the airport in many years. Flights are packed full.

I looked through AIG's conference call and it appears their aircraft leasing is taking off. Thats the case with most of the industry. Demand is increasing heavily.

Longing the airlines does not seem to be the best of ideas however.

In currently looking for plays in the airline travel industry.

I have identified one stock that had done fairly well during the 90s when travel was at the current levels we are seeing right now. You can see people wheeling their products around Manhattan everyday. 44% of their sales are in Euros and last years revenue was a billion. 18% dividend. Its a loosely traded penny stock though. Ive done well with it and expect for it to go much higher.

Im looking for other plays such as maintenance, leasing, etc. What are the other airline plays?
