Not sure whats going on...restarted TWS....restarted my computer...But when switching tickers the platform hangs....initially thought just froze and was gonna need to reboot. But it kicks in after 15-20 seconds. This is happening over and over when switching tickers. Im not talking the usual charts being slow to load (or not loading)...Im talking whole program freezes. Just me or anyone else today?
Switch to the latest version when logging on by clicking on more options to bring up the expanded login box, latest then apply. i had a problem recently and this is what support told me to do.
