Anyone with an issue getting TWS to launch this morning?

    Thanks for the detailed note.
    Well, if you use Sierra Chart platform with IB's data feed, did you notice any issue with TSLA chart such as chart not being displayed or taking too long to display in last 2-3 days?

    Never looked at TSLA from Sierra, just through TWS and had those same issues as others were experiencing.

    My Sierra I just have setup to trade futures, although of course I could load up any stock as well. But TWS is more stock friendly really given that is where I have all my watch lists set up.

    Can you please resolve my issue....
    Today morning it didn't work while sending an order. It pops up a message saying, "Please review the order details. There is an attempt to apply an invalid price."
    Anybody aware of such problem while submitting "pegged to volatility order" on TWS?

    I definitely need help from TWS guys in this forum.

    Well I just opened up TWS on my laptop which did NOT have the 979.3e update. It updated directly to the 979.3f update and all the errors and glitches are still there. My whole layout on my laptop is fucked up now too. I dont know what they "fixed" or changed in the f version

    This morning another update, Build 979.3f. No problem signing in, but the same issue with data outside regular hours . If I click on one of the options in my Quote Monitor, and then click back to a futures contract I lose the data except for the day market hours data on the charts that are linked to the item chosen on the Quote Monitor. I end up going to each chart and using the Edit Menu- Chart Parameters- then rechecking the Data Outside Regular Hours box under Chart Time Options.
    I also noticed yesterday that when I cancel I am getting the pop up asking if I really want to cancel all, until I click that I don't want to see the pop up again. This wasn't happening previous to yesterdays update. So I guess it seems like the update changed some of the saved settings, and isn't saving them after each use.

    Pretty sure things are still boned...God only knows what the difference between the e and f versions are. IB doesn't communicate anything.

    A simple changelog is too hard apparently

    And now the platform locked up. I have to say I haven't experienced a lot of issues over the years, but this is getting me ticked.
    Edit: Had to use Task Manager to shut down.

    Yeah... The latest build is still bs... Within 2 seconds of market open the platform froze. I just immediately shut down and went back to ancient stable build

    The Latest version has been rolled back to 978. You'll need to log out and back in to access it. Obviously this did not go as intended and we apologize and appreciate your patience as we worked to address this.
