Anyone who went to college get in here!

  1. Thank you for correcting yourself. I would never take my dark lords name because that would be blasphemy.

No, no you are right. I must admit I have a small evil streak in me that guided the young lad wrong. He should always assume he will be right at all costs.

Ah the 90's and all that it had to offer. Did your boss get you hookers and drugs too? I truly believe that we are the last generation to have any real freedom. Pretty soon you wont even be able to speed or get away with anything. We are at a point in history where technology has not even scratched the surface and we are like the cave man just discovering fire. Things are going to start moving real fast from here.

Investment banker? How did that work out for you. The few people that I met who went that route are doing well.

Not to get off of topic but if I wanted to go that route and deal with pink sheets where would I go to learn?

I had a younger sister that failed college and out of pity I offer to teach her how to trade. She turned it down because it was too hard and is now chasing after a pyramid scheme type business that her boyfriend introduced her too. Dumb isn't it.

  5. 1) Do you attend Saint Cloud State or UConn?
    2) Consider applied math and coursework that has the word "computational" in the title.

Here's the original tune for those who aren't familiar with the melody:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RePtDvh4Yq4

    Traders ain’t easy to love,
    When they’re losing their dough.
They’d rather fight a strong move,
Than just go with the flow.

Dreams of quick millions and new red Ferraris
Attracts the young playas to trade.
They don’t understand supply and demand,
They look for a strong trend to fade.

Mamas, don’t let your babies grow up to be traders.
They’ll try to pick bottoms and try to pick tops,
They’ll av’rage down as their account balance drops.

Mamas, don’t let your babies grow up to be traders.
They’ll cut short their winners and let losers run.
It won’t be very much fun.

Traders like multiple screens ‘cause it makes them feel awesome.
Price ladders flashing and clutter all over their charts.
They’ll get rich quickly -- it’s easy, and when they do,
All will be theirs for the taking.
When in fact, it requires a new way of thinking,
In which ego is crushed from the start.

Mamas, don’t let your babies grow up to be traders.
They’ll spend several years on a Quest for the Grail,
And lose tens of thousands as each of them fail.

Mamas, don’t let your babies grow up to be traders.
They’ll join Elite Trader and argue all day,
How the edges have all gone away.

    :p
