Anyone who can read Japanese?

I'm looking for someone who can simply translate a screenshot of a sai kata (martial arts) name. I cannot figure out which kata this is (because I cannot read Japanese).

 

Actually, now I just need a Japanese speaker to confirm it. I think it's the name of the guy who came up with the kata - Chantan Yara.

 

I don't do Japanese. I have been known to speak some "Chinese" after too many beers.
