  1. That is correct. But that version, the reality version, is not too popular with the "victims".

  3. You libs are so good at making things up.

Check your facts. When the Federal Government went in, Bush sent a highly capable Michael Brown, who was then attacked by the liberal press. But the President knew that he was an experienced, action-oriented man and thanked him appropriately with his charming "you're doing a heck of a job Brownie!"

And you forget the debit card program that was provided by the Federal Government - another excellent response, executed with compassion and competence.

And those FEMA trailers that provided needed housing - another fantastic example of the Bush Administration working hard and well.

All you libs do is whine with no FACTS!

  4. I always thought it was funny that Imus got canned for what he said, which wasn't even directly racist...but nothing happend to that moron Nagin for being blatantly racist.

    C'est la vie I guess.

  5. In 2007, even two years later there were "displaced" people in Pensacola where I live writing to the editor of the paper screaming and crying about how the "evil gummint" was kicking them out of their Katrina trailers. hahahaha

They said the gummint was kicking them out and they were unable to find housing in Pensacola. They said all the homes and apartments were destroyed in Pensacola so their trailer was the only place they had to go for shelter.

Okay, now just think about that for a second. What's wrong with this picture?

Look at FL's real estate market. How many houses are people trying to unload right now? LOL

Not to mention there are tons and tons of open apartments here.

Remember these people are writing these complaints in 2007 when the market was already in oversupply, trying to say there was no housing available because everything was destroyed.

It's just a shining example of how the media and the people consider the government "wrong" when they don't cater to the every whim of Joe and Jane Refugee. It has nothing to do with whether or not the government is actually doing the right thing...they just are bound and determined to remain "victims" at any cost.

They must continue to spew hate and blame towards the gummint for not giving them enough free stuff.

  6. And exec comp is the business of Congress? LMFAO.

Maybe A-Rod should testify. Or Adam Sandler. How much shareholder value did they build?

You find it noble that a bunch of illiterate <STRIKE>shine</STRIKE> oops African-American Congressmen who's constituents were more apt to have defrauded lenders than been exploited by them are grilling Mozilo? Once again LMAO.
