I hate it when those things make you upgrade (sometimes downgrade) to some specific version of java but won't allow close, but probably compatible versions. If you install this version of Java, it won't overwrite what you are using now, nor will it change the version that TWS is pointing to. TWS will still use the same java version as now. (You have to right click on the TWS icon and choose Properties and edit the startup string to change that.) Yes you can have more than one java runtime on your system at the same time, just make sure you install them in separate directories (that is done automatically if you choose the 'typical' install option).
