I've been using this for about 2 years now and overall I have been happy with the service. What I would like to know is if anyone else has their connections start dropping about 10:30 CST? Typically I have to refresh the screen (browser based system) to get the connection back. My data feeds to my charting never skips but on average I am refreshing crossfire about 20 times per day. Others who have Crossfire but access it through a VPN say the same thing happens to them. Talking to my broker they say their connection is up but when viewing say both the mini sp and the zb, usually one is active and the other is getting knocked off. Looking to get some feedback from other users of Crossfire or similar systems about this.
