Seems like its not only me. This data problem was quite frequent this month. I have their SGX data and the same thing happened although close/reopen software solution seems to work better for the SGX. The ES data is a different story, on 2 occasions this month alone, the corrupted data didn't straighten out until 5 hrs later. Needless to say i couldn't trade on those days. Its pretty bad.
I think the problem could be server specific. When you login from another machine, it hooked on to a different server from the first. I guess equis know this and that's the reason why they suggested closing and reopening the software.
