do you chart afterhours? if you chart afterhours, then adx this morning was above 30. if you don't, then adx hasn't hit 30 all day.

 

There is a divergence at the moment, but other two conditions are not met, i.e ADX is below 30 and the price is in middle of keltner chanel. Keep watching!

 

It works on Bonds (ZB) market today, up around 10/32 currently.

I read through the 102 pages of your previous journal. Great stuff - thanks. I have a couple of questions:

1. Did you ever start a different thread on your more advanced method ?

2. In the old thread, there was some confusion over some of your trades where you waited past the divergence for the high (in the case of going Short) to be tested again. Do you still wait for that, or do you just take the Short after the first down bar after divergence ?

Welcome back. Your original journal helped me a great deal. Thanks for the update. Keltner is a great tool. I'm looking for mostly reverse divergences now. Occasionally, pullbacks will also show regular divergence on a smaller scale and I find these to be high probability trades.
