Anyone successfully sober up and maintain/improve as a trader?

  1. Could be an addiction/dependency problem too rather than a trading problem.

    Whenever you try to give up something that you are addicted or habituated to, the mind tries to self-sabotage your effort by creating problems. e.g. someone says "Oh, I wanted to stop drinking but when I started to quit my wife and I ended out fighting more. Maybe I was better off before." WOMP....womp....womp.

    hyper sensitive is actually an advantage, even though i may use '' DEEP Woods OFF'' more than most LOL .
    {NOT that chasing stocks or benchmark highs in SEPT is a good idea in any shape or size LOL}
    Jabez is a lot better than Exxon Valdez, I still do business with Exxon ,good co.
    I say yes its possible to succeed , Jabez + plenty do but not chase ETFs high in SEPT or overleverage business or overleverage REALTY.
    Some addictions are good ; 8 glasses of water@ day is good + most don t even do that addiction :D:Di {I would never assume 10 years of overleveage in RE means its a good idea, even if promoted frequently:caution:} Good hypersensitive question.
