glad you revealed you have more than just a passing interest in mind. And by the way, redirecting ET traffic is called "inappropriate." Like the other shills on this thread.
This thread must set the record for low count posters... I'm reading a book on Cons. These folk that post to pique our interest in some bullshit scamsite are called the "ropers". Before the internet they would be hanging out in the bars and hotels looking for out of towners with fat bankrolls that wanted to get in on some horse betting action or something. Now they can do a wider angle of attack and try to rope instead of one guy with a $100k a hundred guys with $1000, same shit different day...
I just got two email blasts from thestreet.com (I have an old email address on their mailing list) trying to sell this system. Reading the ad was hilarious - it takes snake oil to a new level. They even included a calculator on the webpage so you can calculate how much money you can make! My question is, if this works so well why are they still trying to get subscribers to a chat room? If it worked as advertised, they would have thousands of members already and none would ever cancel. There would be no room for new subscribers. Makes you scratch your head. Buyer beware.
got this from an account which gets TSCM junk. one thing - you'll notice that they include "f.re.e" in there a couple times, because it's one of the words to trigger spam filters. anyhow, here's part of it. enjoy: Manny Backus is a friend of mine. I'm lucky to know him because he is a genius day trader. You see, Manny's brain is like a high powered computer. His I.Q. is off the charts; 157. Until a few years ago, his parents groomed him to play chess at a championship level. Fate stepped in and Manny became obsessed with the stock market. Good thing for the rest of us. Because Manny created an amazing trading system which can... ... secure net profits up to $1250 ... not in days or weeks ... but just 59 minutes or less (snip) Manny is allowing me to extend a special f.re.e trial of FHT to The Street subscribers. If you go straight to his website and order you'll have to pay the upfront fee to get in. On the other hand, if you use the link below here's what you get... => 30-day f.re.e trial to the First Hour Trading alert service. => A Welcome Package with a free CD which walks you through the simple process of getting started as an FHT member. The CD also contains... 1) a video tutorial of how the FHT system works... 2) the e-book Wall Street Mind Games which explains how the PR rating helps you pick winning stocks... and... 3) a four-part video revealing how one FHT member made $673 in 8 minutes. => Transcript of the CD you can use as a quick reference guide when youâre not by a computer. => Membership card with the phone number and email address to the support center. You're only responsible for the small shipping and handling fee of $7.67 to receive the package. (rest snipped). i do find it amusing that "made $673 in 8 minutes" is cited as this amazing pitch, those cited are often using the higher end of the ranges. and also the other obvious things like the IQ (which really doesn't significantly matter) anyhow, i found this thread because i googled on his name ,figured ppl here might get a kick out of it.
My first post on this thread was 16 months ago when there were about 60 people in the chat room. Now there are close to 400. This goes to show the power of a good aggressive email marketing campaign like MB has. If a third, pure guess, believe the hype, and it's very well presented, then MB is pulling in $39,600 a month risk free, which is $475,200 a year, a sum I would be very happy to make for a couple hours "work" a day. The problem is that the more people who believe the hype and sign up expecting to become millionaires due to the power of compounding 1% a day, the more impossible it actually is as increasingly large numbers chase the same one or two illiquid stocks. MB is a talented internet entrepreneur whose business model is clearly succeeding and will make him rich, but he isn't a trading guru.
I have been testing the system for 2 months now. First trial, then small amounts of money. It seems difficult to get in at the same rate as Manny. I am giving it only one more month. How is it going with you?

You have to give Scammy, er, I mean Manny credit for coming up with a great scam. Let me guess - he never picks high liquidity stocks like AAPL, right? Great scam. Buy a stock and have 400 chat room suckers with a few shills mixed in bid it up for you. Congrats on a great scam. Not quite Madoff, yet.
