I have also noticed the entire L2 on the price ladder will get refreshed everynow and then. That made me worry about the quote handling. Typically refreshes like that happen when the quote queue has too much data. Servicewise... questionable. The volume info was incorrect in their quotes. I called in. Some guy told me don't worry since it is not a big deal. Overall, for beginner, not a bad place to go if you don't care about latency. I would recommend having another screen or some data checking capabilities to make sure you are getting the right market stories from zumo. They charged 50cents per turn on CL.
