Anyone living & trading from an RV?

  1. I did it last summer, drove an RV from south Florida to Grand Canyon (south rim in AZ) then on to Las Vegas, spending a month in each place, with a laptop and wireless broadband.

In an urban area it works seemlessly. You can literally drive down the highway and trade, use e-mail, etc. You won't get service any place that you won't get cell service (meaning if you can't make a phone call you can't get online) but overall I was/ am very happy with Sprint wireless broadband.

With Sprint the speed, price and reliability are great. Total time on the road was about 4 months with zero complaints.

I hear ATT is coming out with latest generation wireless broadband, but they're new at it. Sprint is the dinosaur in the wireless broadband business. I do great with the USB wireless card (so I can plug it in anywhere including a desktop as a redundant data connection).

Good luck and have a safe trip.
