Anyone know this simple Money management calculation?

Don't be a dope to hold from 100 to 50. Should have stopped out no later than 92.

 

This -8% stop loss... is from Bill O'Neill. Totally logical... IF... your entry was "technically correct/reasonable" or if chasing a story/concept... if the play moves >8% against, you probably got it wrong. That is, you need to know Technical Analysis to make proper trade entry.
