Hi all we want to shut this ibot crap UP but we can't see how to turn it off? It KEEPs sending suggestions, we're pretty sure we started it doing it but can't see how to disable or kill it. Any help would be VERY appreciated.
everywhere, it keeps sending us suggestions about things to an email account. We can't see the configuration tab for the darn thing. This is OUR fault not IB's we turned the darn thing on somehow and IB are making it difficult to turn off. We followed the help which CLAIMED to tell us how to turn it off then it told us WE CAN'T!!! To be honest Tastyworks is looking like our new 2021 home, this is getting silly.
Simply change to a different broker and your complex problem will be solved. If you have gone through the ET IB folder, You will notice that you are one of the millions of people complaining and complaining about IB. But IB persists to exist. Complaining is extremely bad for health and trading. Learn to look for solutions / alternatives / opportunities rather than complaining. In this world, there are thousands of brokers for you to choose from. Why do you insist and persist in using IB? There is absolutely no one is forcing you to choose IB. By the way, IB has some negative points. But there are some positive points about IB which other brokers don't have. In short, the more you complain, the more $$$$$ you lose. Learn to be appreciative and opportunistic. If you don't like IB, simply look for alternatives rather than complaining and complaining. There are thousands of brokers in this world. Go choose what suits you.
seriously I don't like IB but there are some positive points about IB. and that's why I am still using IB after so many decades.
