Anyone know anything about these "balancepoint" things? (chart)

  1. Basically, yep.
    Looks like a MACD, or varieties/time frames/combinations of "things".

    Moving average convergence /divergence. Can be used to do a lot of things.
    Don't think I'm to far wrong on that.

    In education, balance point charts involve grade variance. I suppose in other disciplines as well. Have no clue if your charts involve variance. A novel thought - consider asking the person who originally posted the chart?

    They should change the name of MACD to MAAN (Much Ado About Nothing)

  4. I did. They haven't logged on in over a year and the "email" option was disabled.

    So I'm asking the main forum instead.

    Discuss the feasibility of using individual sectors as indicators for S&P/Nasdaq/Dow performance.
