I have an interview next week for their assistant trader position and am very busy preparing. I really want to nail the interview. Does anyone have any personal experience with the firm and/or their interviewing process? Thanks.
I had interview with them last year, for assistant trader (bonds). Had 2 rounds, one with recruiting woman (how would you do in this type of blah blah basic stuff), one with actual bond trader I was suppose to trade with, and one with one of senior trading guys. Did good with first 2 , only the trader guy came off a bit unfriendly. Just retarded questions, after 6 years of trading they asking me why I want to trade and so on and on. Too bad it didn't work out though, it still is one of few companies in Chicago where you can learn a lot, try different things, and have a salary to live off. Rarity, thus hard to get in. Brush up on trading questions.
