The offense is not calling entire countries shithole, the offense is in implying that there aren't any good people there, that their merit or their character have no relevance when it comes to immigrating as opposed to people from some white country.

The UN should move to Haiti. It is a win-win situation. Moving the UN will help with Haiti's economic development. In fact, it will transform the country for the better in the long term. It will also get the UN out of the USA.
