Anyone Here is having also alot of problem with Tradezero pro

    their support team connected to my pc during market opening and they confirmed the problem. It was also happening to diffrent traders who I was trading with from different locations. Also around 12:30pm EST for 8 straight minutes, I couldn't get out of my long position. I screen recorded everything for proof, tried limit and market order then also went to their zeroweb and zerofree platform to close my position but still couldn't close it. Good thing I screen-recorded everything. As if the market is already not hard enough,must I struggle with the broker too? lol

    Just don't expect any compensation. They never reimburse your losses due to software/server issues.

    good thing I was trading with a very small account with them, couldn't imagine the losses if it were a way bigger position. Saw way too many bad tweets on Twitter about them, and now I'm just like this is way worst than I initially thought it to be. At this very moment, I would just stay away from them, it's way too risky for active day traders like me and my crew. Kinda like that 6x leveraged initially but it's really of no value if the software and their system have way too many bugs.
