Anyone here bought my shares of BCOR after hours 2 days ago?

Again, I suspect that the "1" was left off. The remedy, if any , is all that is in question in my view.

Since there was an obvious technical glitch, I'm pretty sure that the log won't be reliable. It's the second time that I experienced such a glitch. The first time, I gave my broker a screen capture of the trade and they said that it's not acceptable as a proof. They think that their system is 100% reliable. Ask anyone with a computer if he feels that it is 100% foolproof. I'm sure that I will have a very hard to find one single person.

One thing is sure here. I cannot afford to lose that amount of money. I'm gonna turn 56 in a few days. That money was for my retirement. It is a significant chunk of all I have. I will fight to get that trade cancelled. I just don't have the choice of not doing anything.

There are only two ways you could win. One is that ARCA allows you to bust (very unlikely). If that is the case, the counter-party will have already sold probably in the 18s and will be short 4,300 shares now at a price in the 20s. They will have to eat the loss in that case.

The second case is if your brokerage compensates you for your loss. In that case, your brokerage will eat the loss.

Like I said before on this thread, I've checked three times if everything was fine before sending the order and it was. There is no doubt in my mind. I just modified a cancelled order which was already at $18.85 and I have a screen capture of all my trades on that day. I just changed the quantity and checked the after hours box. I did not even touch the price box. And that box is not near the quantity box. Almost impossible here to make a mistake. And I didn't. I suspect a problem of transmission over the internet but of course it could be another technical glitch.

For now, I'm trying to get my shares back following the rules. I work in the media business. I may contact reporters that I know. Bad press is not a good thing for a company.

I have nothing to hide. All I said here is nothing but the truth. I came here to get some help. And I think that I'm more informed now because of you guys. So far, it is very good. I don't think that I could gather everything I need to fight for my cause by hiding the truth. I'm an open book.

I was suspecting that my broker should have done more to fix this. Now I'm convinced that they should have done more. I don't think that I said anything here that could be use against me but who knows?

Next time route your order to The Ritchie Exchange and you won't have this problem.
