He's done exactly the same thing at BabyPips (also in two different usernames, a month apart) and at Trade2Win as well. Some forums delete this nonsense when it's brought to their attention - others don't.
Yes, but the the system costs $40000 and have to sign an NDA anyway so no. With 1-2trades per day you are looking at 1min timeframes if you concentrate on high probability trades. The problem with the pairs is that they are 80% correlated these days, so a 5min pair produce 1-2 high probability trades per week but due to the correlation you would need to manage too many pairs for high probability trades. Then you have the low and medium probability trades to make up the numbers but you are chasing the trade which increases the workload for one pair to the same level as 4-5pairs which is the same workload as trading a 1m high probably pair. You don't put the effort in, the market will happily strip you of your capital!
