Anyone ever trade w/ Harvey Houtkin's Prop firm

Just looking for feedback on his new firm (not all-tech). Can't remember the name

I saw on one of his ads that he charges $1 executions for 1-5000 shares. That is sick cheap. I'm not sure what his other charges are and I don't know what "the catch" is.
