  1. You'll never find me pimping for a shady supplement company, but I do find efficacy in the following "performance" supplements:

    Size, strength, definition:

    Creatine ethyl ester, C-AKG
    Egg white protein
    WPI for post workout

    Weight loss:

    ECA stack
    Clenbuterol/Albuterol
    *T3 and Tiratricol
    Chocamine, Geranamine

*Never run a thyroid hormone without an AAS. Eat clean off cycle but at maintenance or greater.

    hGH[endo]:

    AlphaGPC
Mucuna Pruriens standardized to 60% L-Dopa

  3. Hey Matt, it's your business if you want to stand-behind Biotest, and I'll admit I've never tried their products. The overwhelming opinion I've encountered is negative, but I'll let it alone.

  4. To each his own..

No doubt the Myostatin product was bs..

5-methyl-7-hydroxy-isoflavone ethylcarbonate ester is good stuff though if you're a natural body builder. It really increases muscle hardness..

John Berardi helped create Surge my friend.. Berardi (pardon my french) knows his shit, so to speak when it comes to optimum nutrition..

I respect your opinion and I appreciate your solid contributions to this thread.

I hope everyone had a great weekend.

    Keep the questions coming.

I get bored sometimes eyeing my forex profits roll in, so, if you guys want me to gather up some literature or write some articles about constructing optimum fitness programs or dieting (I like to call 'dieting' a 'lifestyle change') please let me know.

I will keep supplements out of my literature and stick to the basics in the future. You guys just don't understand, through college I was a walking chemistry experiment.. lol

  6. lol.. ok.. "natural" has been exchanged for "legal" these days.. haha

You're right, could you change that word 'natural' to 'legal' for me.

I even get brainwashed by the crazy marketing frenzy..

    Thanks for clearing that up.

    Hey Matt,

I was just perusing this thread for the first time, and noticed on page 5 that you recommended drinking alkaline water. Sorry for being a newbie here, but I'm thinking that tap water would have a pretty neutral pH. And if that's true, then what exactly is "alkaline water" and where do you get it?

    Thanks

  8. A lot of places have alkaline tap water. Do you see white dull deposits around your shower or faucet? If so you have alkaline tap.

If you wanna make water alkaline, just add a small amount of calcium carbonate

  9. bah, Berardi is the guy who preached eating meals with carbs & protein, or fat & protein, but not carbs & fat. I believed him and spent weeks suffering on that diet, and the results werent any better than simple calorie counting and eating healthy. He may be a big guy with a doctorate but that doesnt mean what he says or creates is all that. Nowadays I freely mix carbs and fat -- even when cutting -- and I didn't turn into a lardass.
