Anyone else want to buy MBS before the fed starts buying them

I'm gonna start loading up on MBS before the FED eventually monetizes them. I mean look at PIMCO and other buying up MBS's, something will come down the pipe to try and fix the housing market. I'd like to buy ahead of them so they can buy them from me !!

Can a regular guy even buy MBS? I thought they generally traded in 1MM increments.
