Typically the fills/cancels are (and should be) almost instanaeous. Over the past few days, the status color sometimes stays light blue/lavender for up to 20 seconds, which is unacceptable. It seems that this is only on smart routed orders that get sent to CBOE. I keep contacting them about this and they tell me that no one else has complained. Do their systems automatically monitor for delays like this? I have also noticed that every morning in the first few minuted the PSE crosses the market, has anyone else seen this?
