Anyone else seeing NSD in the montages on listed stocks?

Who are they? can anyone exectue through them. I can not.

 

I have seen it, and our MPID maintenance screens on our institutional platforms aren't showing who it is...

I just noticed an ECN/Exchng listed as ADF on REDI. Is that the same thing?

 

We all have NASD in the L2 montage, but you have to be authorized to trade them (if the markets are real).
