I switch between contacts for some of my charts and Booktrader, but all of the sudden I can't switch. I click and it is stuck on the last contract selected. Right now stuck on CL, but trying to change to ES and any other contracts and nothing happens. A bit annoying at the moment with the markets moving.
Oil just had a massive spike. Dom looked very weird. Saw a few min freeze at 25.36 with triple digits size on both bid and ask.
wasn't a matter of freezing, price was moving for me, but couldn't switch to other contracts, but maybe related. I'm on with chat now.
It seems to have worked. As you mentioned probably a function of huge volume increases and not enough memory allocated to handle it in the platform. Kind of sucks as I got out of a trade as soon as I thought something was wrong and missed the rest of the moves. But better safe than sorry.
