As I said above (if you bothered to actually read the post before weighing in), I did speak to our broker about our probem before posting here. I came here to see if other people were affected, and thought that was a perfectly reasonable thing to do. If people's questions annoy you so much, perhaps you could find a healthier outlet than abusing them in forums.
