aaarrghh not only does the chart reloading locks up, I just had to log out and log back in which for some strange reason lasted several minutes instead of seconds I have been trying to contact a CSR through chat for the last two hours now. Have they all gone on holiday or what?!
By end of day, still wasn't working for me. Tried logging in and out (and rebooting computer). I did see that if I opened optiontrader, I would see current quotes for underlying issue (at least I assume quotes were current). Very annoying.
