I haven't been able to download any historical data all weekend, and now come Monday morning, I am still having issues getting any data downloaded at all. Anyone else who has the service seeing the same thing?
I have the exact same issue. What worries me is that their online live support is offline at work hours. No one is answering the phone as well.
I got a kick out of the fact that just as I was filling out their form to enter the live chat, it went offline (this was at 7:40 am). I also did finally get some of the historical data, but later realized that the entire data set for Friday for my list of tickers I am using (about 40) is missing! Totally unacceptable.
I'm thinking of subscribing to ActiveTick for historical options trade and quote data. Were these issues resolved? Have you downloaded ActiveTick historical options tick-by-tick trade and quote data?
