anyone daytrade NDX or AAPL options?

anyone daytrade NDX or AAPL options?..wow...do they move?...thoughts?...comments?

 

Neither AAPL or the NDX index has a particularly high IV so the options dont move all that hot

 

then what options do move intraday?..seriously

 

Search for underlyings with high IV and high HV

 

Gold stocks have been moving around lately, sometimes 1-2 pts intraday.

 

GLD...or what else?

 

I like GOLD. Has 1-4 pt intraday range. AEM and ASA are not far behind.

 

how are the option bid/ask spreads on those?...I always thought GLD had the tightest spreads of the gold related options?
