great final table....anyone catch it on the travel channel? alan goehring won it, and he's also a retired trader.....he beat kirill gerasimov, phil ivey, james hoeppner, ted forrest, and..... doyle brunson himself. the final heads up match between alan and kirill was a classic. kirill bluffed over 2.5 million in chips. eventually kirill's agressiveness killed himself, but his play was amazing imho. thoughts?
I saw it right up to this , then it was night night for me....That russain won several big hands with the bluff, but eventually Alan did have the better hand and caught the russian at his own game... What amazes me is according to the announcers the russian has only been playing 18 months....that kids going places...peace
I don't play, don't even fully understand it, but I have to say I love this stuff. I think it could be huge if they marketed it properly.
