Anybody own a house?

  1. haha...

    I am not old enough to be married (Probably old enough, but, not mentally mature enough). The fact that I don't own a house doesn't make me a "loser trader." I actually wanted to buy a house, but my parents are who talked me out of it. And, I am now glad that they did so.

  2. Until property taxes stop one day (yeah right!), then you never do actually own your home even if it is paid off......ask Thomas Jefferson about this one.

    Yes you will always be renting the land your house is on from some government entity.....what a brilliant idea....LOL.

  4. Yes you even pay a recording fee to homestead it...which is not actually worth the paper it is written on...

    Buy a big house with many rooms in a college town and rent to coeds. That way they are paying you to fuck them. Kinda like a trading mentor. Students paying him to fade them.

    Then again then you'd have to live with a bunch of women or be surrounded by newbies. Pick your poison.
