The final distribution was made from the historic buck breaking due to the Lehman tanking. TDAmeritrade tells me they'll make my account whole making up the difference in what the final distribution held back I just have to do nothing. Is there a lawsuit the benefits of which I might be out if I agree to that? Anyone have any experience with the matter?
