All true. How anyone could consider those points, then claim "Bush is a great president", is beyond even the most creative imagination.

  3. Ron Paul is getting my vote.

He doesnt want to give it all away to people who don't work and he also doesn't want to take away freedoms.

Really the only choice. Plus he has experience in the house so he knows his way around and knows how to get elected.

As market players, we must be logical and analytical. Most US citizens are not so required.

I remember being in elementary school around election time. I would proclaim my support for the Democrats because that's what my folks did. I'm afraid most Americans never get beyond an equivalent level, politically.

  6. I would rather have the markets tank (I dont actually think they would) than give my two boys the debt load that we are working on by keeping things the same or even worse if we get a "lets give em all "free"(because if the government provides it then of COURSE it will be better and FREE) health care' in office.

I think Ron Paul would be a net plus for America and for the economy.

  7. None of these candidates can even talk about balancing the budget and Ron Paul is going all the way talking about PAYING OFF THE DEBT!

  8. Globalization plays a key role in the US economy and ron paul would tamper with this. Ron Paul is an isolationist, and in a global economy this is a dissasterous ideology.

Ron paul appeals to peoples ignorance and fears like most populists.

  9. Ron Paul is the only candidate who is not:

    a) a sellout to corporate and/or foreign interests
    b) an egomaniacal authoritarian
    c) a liar
    d) a fake
    e) a socialist and big government zealot
    f) a tax nazi and monetary inflationist

To all effects and purposes, all the other candidates are the same thing: Giuliani, Hillary, Romney, Obama ...
