Are there any inverse bond yield (10 or 30 year) etf's that accomplish the same thing? I believe that long bond rates & as well as the cost of borrowing will skyrocket. I prefer an etf to a futures contract or a mutual fund. Thanks.
http://www.ishares.com/product_info/fund/index/FI.htm TLT is the most liquid. IEF is for shorter end maturities.
I'm short and not loving it. My feeling is tomorrows data will be like Sept. Big rally. If we take out 120-03 we'll see 120.25.
Im still short 10yr from 117.01 looking to take profit around 116 Suprising how the treasury market fails to hold its bid for too long (other than today). Its obvious worst case senario is already priced in. Also sold mar 10yr 114/118 strangles for 53 PIMCO along with other big boys appear to be selling these strangles in both mar and june (around 13K so far) along with 116 and 117 straddles in mar and june (around 14K so far). So they are thinking a chop trade for a few months. Should be excellent intra day trading YT

So what do you think about the 5x5 on the DOM vs. the 10x10 we used to have? Any thoughts or concerns about the upcoming reduction in tick size?
