Anybody else short US 30 Bond

I still like trading the NOB once in a while
specially when it goes to like -14 or more as in this calendar year

 

Looking for a dip at around 7:40ish

Very light trading. Now I have no opinion. Might be one of those follow the stocks days, at least that's what I can hope for.

Are the futures the only way to short the treasury market? I entered an order in through my broker to sell a specific T-bond and was denied.

You could trade TLT, but futures are a better gig.
What were you trying to sell, and who is your broker, sounds like you are using the wrong symbol/security.

March is the front month currently.

You can't sell a Treasury bond unless you own it. At least, you can't as a retail trader. Large institutions can...it's called the repo market. Google it, even though it's often overlooked it's extremely important in finance.

 

Did anyone catch the size of the order (s) that just dipped the ZB.
