yes. option is fresh vegetable. decay quickly, value lost quickly. not for buy and hold strategy, like gold. after many years, it is still fresh and shiny. I hold stocks, not day trade them. option magify tiny move in the underlying into big wave. very elvasive, need quick action to enter and exit. my mainly take is ES weekly future options
if its consistently making money, i dont see any problem sitting in front of computer 24/7 for 1 year.
