http://vyew.com/site/ I've tried Vyew and it works pretty good. Haven't looked carefully at current offer, but it was totally free for smaller groups. No live charts thought. Hotcomm will cost a small amount, but you can do live desktop sharing to the whole group.
tradingrooms.com have free rooms where multiple people can post charts and screenshots and can talk on the mic
