They just hired the new guy a week ago to take care of their API issues. The old guy, Simon, have left three months ago. Since then there were no support on API at all. The new guy will be answering the questions starting next week, I belive. So, currently there is no support.
Several people in the chatroom were having problems the last couple of days. I have not experienced a problem with TWS or TWS data in a while though.. nitro
The problem has disappeared this morning so when IB did its nightly reset it corrected the problem. I dont see how that whole bunch down there could be unaware of this possiblility.
