I am looking for traders who might want to split office rent in the Friendswood / Clearlake area, mostly for camaraderie but also to help offset the expenses of a T-1 or SDSL line. I have been trading from home and need to get into the real world again...
I'm in Houston, also trading at home; why do you need an office and commute? I trade in my pajama and bathrobes.
TM, I hear you - it is hard on those of us that like being around people, especially "our own." I will warn you that, IMHO, I would suggest that you "sieve" out the potential bad karma by agreeing that the office expenses be paid by both (all) parties for a year in advance. I would also recommend that you agree that only trading business be carried out there... Hope for the best to you finding that key aspect of the trading puzzle... nitro
