A pretty good article, it's been quite a topic of conversation here in Rome. No one seems optimistic about anything changing.
Very strange. I live in Denmark, which should be the happiest nation in Denmark, but to me it seems that the people of Italy are more happy. And all Danes loves Italy, and many of us spend our holidays in Italy.
yes, yes, I know. Situation is bad, people are unhappy, politics sucks. But then people go home, they have their fancy dinner with good wine, they watch the serie A, and suddenly things are not so bad anymore. And if that politician, who has been investigated and even prosecuted, is elected again, where is the problem? Don't see anything new here. It has been like that for years, if not decades
Geez, and that should be the good life? Thanks, but no thanks. Justice is laughable, here you can kill someone during a robbery and with all the bullshit laws the politicians made to save their asses, you are out in a couple of years, max 4 years, if you are really in a bad luck. Immigration is totally out of control, ordes of gangsters from poorer countries, come to Italy, because they know here they can do whatever they want. And what the government do? They ship a few scumbag out of the country, spending a few millions of euros for planes and shit, lol that's how they solve the problem...gee unfuckingbelievable.! Yup good food, the only thing except my mother, that makes me come back to this country, the only thing that actually works. I hate soccer, they shove it down your throat every 2 seconds, tv, news paper, fuking idiots talking about it in the gym, people killing each other at the stadium, the game is totally controlled by money, it's an enormous fraud...but who cares ..... F them! I have only one good thing to say bout Italy, thanks god I don't have to pay taxes to that bunch of incompetent morons
That, as usual, depends on what you want. Many people like style, good weather, good food, history, arts and culture. You don't agree? Neither do I, but what can you do about it? After all, if people were all the same it would be boring
What's the best part in Italy to live if you like style, good weather, good food, history, arts and culture (and pretty girls)?
