Just curious if anyone else looks at PEY for the long haul/yield play? From what I gather, it's not a fast mover, but it has seemingly high yield. Anyone familiar with it? Positive/Negatives?
52 week range is 3.95 to 12.75 and yield is 4.35%. Yield is nothing compared to the price movement. 3 year chart looks real ugly. Not my cup of tea.
PEY is loaded with financials (47% of holdings), the annual fee is too high (.6%), try VYM: fee .2%, financial holdings are 21%
