I do not know why anybody trades Forex or Nasdaq. This internal structure just sets the stage for artificially inflated and inaccurate exchange pricing for the underlying instrument. Michael B.
This article states what has been obvious for quite some time.... the Nasdaq has lost complete control over its own market. When Market Makers are faced with the possibility of having to compete on a level playing field they threaten to quit.
"The SEC values price-time priority because it . . . produces fairer prices. " LOL - oh yeah, the SEC is interested in "fairness" alright. Fairness to whomever coughs up the political muscle.
