Any recourse for COCO?

their job to make a fair market. how do you explain canceling trades after they resumed trading? that's not doing their job of protecting.

 

I agree, they should have done the cancels prior to that. And ARCA trading for 20 minutes + before the official open didn't really help matters.

The waters are shark infested.

it comes as no suprise to me as i think they have let the system slip horribly and should pay

 

But they are not the ones who are paying for the mistake.

 

I don't know about the terminal but this explanation seems to make sense. The theory about the s/w glitch never seemed kosher to me. Step one is to find out what happened.
