US gov doesn't allow non-US citizen like me to trade Euro ETF in US market like EXIV. Any suggestion?
I don't think they're very popular yet, but EVIX and an inverse version, EXIV, are US ETF's that, I believe, are supposed to track European VSTOXX volatility index futures.
Yes I know these etf but I cannot trade since US gov doesnt allow foreigners to trade these. Any other option especially etf in Europe?
